These terms govern access to LyfeRadio’s website, live stream, listener accounts, and community features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.
1. Using LyfeRadio
You may listen without an account. Account features require accurate registration information, a secure password, and compliance with these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country; if you are under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, automate abusive traffic, bypass access controls, or interfere with the station, player, schedule, or other listeners.
3. Account eligibility and safety
Choose an account name and profile content you are entitled to use. Keep your contact email current so important account or policy notices can reach you. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Community conduct
Profile names, biographies, status messages, and interactions must follow the Community Rules. We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or deactivate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, rights holders, or other users.
5. Music and site content
LyfeRadio and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, programming, artwork, and broadcasts. Access to a stream does not grant permission to copy, record, rebroadcast, extract, sell, publicly perform, or build another service from it.
6. Listener-provided content
You retain rights you hold in profile text and images you provide. You give LyfeRadio the limited permission needed to store, resize, display, and deliver that material through the features you choose. You confirm that your content does not infringe another person’s rights.
7. Availability and third-party links
Programming and features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to artist, social, or other external services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.
8. Ending use
You may stop using LyfeRadio at any time and may request account deletion through Contact. We may preserve limited records when reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or proof of accepted terms.
9. Responsibility and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be published as a new dated version and, where appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance.
